These probes can be used for three different transmission systems:

• Hardwired transmission: equip TS30 and TS30 90 ° probes with an integrated interface
• Optical transmission: VOTS and VOTS 90 ° probes can be used together with VOI optical receivers. Because there is no need for cables, the installation process on the machine tool is simplified. The probe uses modulated optical technology to resist light interference.
• Radio transmission: Use WRTS probes together with WRI radio receivers. This probe can be used in applications where the pre-set system and receiver are not within the implementation range.

TS30： TS30 is a compact, hard wired transmission contact probe for knife detection applications. It is equipped with an integrated interface that can be directly connected to the machine CNC. The special tungsten carbide probe contact plate can resist wear caused by cutting edges during rotation and ensure a long service life. The LED installed on the probe displays the main probe status information.

TS30 90°The TS30 90 ° tool setter contact probe is installed at a 90 ° angle to the probe body to optimize its space occupation and installation process in the work area. In fact, it adopts an extremely innovative 33 step alignment system, which is designed to be fast and easy to use, as well as to ensure that the new base, probe body, and probe are correctly fixed.

The TS30 90 ° probe alignment program can be completed within 5 minutes.

This probe is also suitable for measuring small cutting tools because it uses very low contact forces.

The TS30 90 ° probe can be equipped with a blowing device to ensure that the contact plate is not affected by debris and coolant droplets.

VOTS：Use VOTS for tool breakage and integrity testing, as well as for measuring length and diameter on tools in the work center. The complete absence of cables means its installation is simple. It can be used in dual probe applications: workpiece and tool control can be managed through the same optical receiver.

It can be used together with a VOI receiver.

VOTS 90°：The lateral design of the VOTS 90 ° probe allows it to be installed on machine workbenches outside the work area. In this way, valuable space can be saved without hindering knife detection. The low measurement force along the Z-axis has become an ideal choice for pre-set small tool probes.

It can be used with VOI receivers with integrated interfaces.

WRTS can be used for tool breakage and wear detection, tool length and diameter measurement, and wear correction in machine tool machining centers. The central part of the contact plate is made of tungsten carbide, designed to protect it from damage during the measurement phase. It is a completely wireless probe, which means it is very easy to install. The WRTS probe is suitable for use in central installation versions or versions with lateral mounting brackets. The probe can be used in dual probe applications:
